Processing & Shipping Times
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Time: Delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
- International Shipping: 7-21 business days (varies by destination and customs processing)
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and shipping destination. We partner with reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS to ensure safe and timely delivery.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note:
- Customs, duties, and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility and may vary by country.
- Shipping times for international orders may be delayed due to customs clearance.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Divine Detailing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If you encounter an issue:
- Lost or Stolen: Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
- Damaged Items: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details so we can assist with a replacement claim.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Divine Detailing is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses. If you realise an error, please contact us immediately. However, once an order has been shipped, address changes cannot be made.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
