Refund policy

At Divine Detailing, we take pride in providing high-quality detailing products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy under the conditions outlined below.

Returns

We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging and in new condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • If the item is used, damaged, or not in its original condition, a partial refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we are happy to replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and details of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds on:

  • Used or opened products
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards

Order Cancellations

All sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
